2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items (FSSAI-Compliant)

As per FSSAI and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange:

  • All perishable and edible products including pickles, ghee, oils, and spices
  • Opened or partially used products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards and digital/downloadable items

This policy ensures hygiene, food safety, and quality assurance.


3. Eligible Products for Return / Exchange

Only non-edible items such as Rudraksha, puja items, or spiritual accessories are eligible for return or exchange, provided that:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 3 calendar days (India) or 8 calendar days (International) of delivery.
  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is provided.

4. Accepted Reasons for Return

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Product mismatch with description

Note: Minor natural variations in colour, weight, or texture will not be considered defects.


5. Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Email us at support@kashipriya.com within the allowed return window (3 days for India, 8 days for International).
  2. Include your order number, contact details, and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  3. Once verified, you will receive a Return Authorization from our support team.
  4. Ship the product back to our return address using a trackable courier service.
  5. After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.

6. Restocking Fee

A nominal 30% handling and restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This covers product inspection, repackaging, and inventory management, ensuring quality and hygiene standards are maintained.


7. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection.
  • Refunds are credited to the original method of payment.
  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may cause additional delays beyond our control.

8. Rejection of Returns

Returns may be rejected if:

  • The product shows signs of use, tampering, or post-delivery damage.
  • The return request is made after the applicable window (3 or 8 days).
  • The product was purchased under sale or discount offers.

10. International Orders – Return & Refund Policy

  • International orders are eligible for return within 8 calendar days from delivery.
  • Only non-edible products qualify for international returns.
  • Shipping, customs duties, or import taxes are non-refundable.
  • The customer must bear the cost of international return shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed only after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or losses caused by international couriers.
